I had Park Place Garage paint new flooring on my rear patio, adjoining laundry room and my covered front porch with the French Toast choice of colors. I was initially concerned that the patio which faces south would fade from exposure to the sun. These floor were painted in November of 2018 and they still look as great as the day they finished. I have two long haired dogs that shed incredible amounts of hair. The installer told me to just use water to clean the floors, but I use an upright vacuum cleaner once a week to clean the patio and have found the flooring to be extremely durable. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job and can heartily recommend Mike and his crew for the fantastic job they did.
